A road Named in honour of our founder: From Fabriksvej to Osvald Pedersens vej
We are proud to share that Fabriksvej—the road leading to Tim Maskinfabrik—has officially been renamed Osvald Pedersens Vej, in tribute to our founder, Osvald Pedersen.
Osvald Pedersen founded Tim Maskinfabrik in 1961, and his innovative beet harvester helped revolutionize agriculture in Denmark and across Europe. His groundbreaking work laid the foundation for a thriving company that went on to employ over 225 people and deliver industry-leading machinery for nearly four decades.
But Osvald was much more than an inventor—he was a visionary, a leader, and a man deeply respected by those who worked with him. His legacy still lives on at Timan, where his sons continue to develop innovative machines inspired by his spirit and ideas.
The iconic red color that characterizes our machines remains a tribute to Osvald’s original vision. The renaming of the road is a symbolic recognition of the journey—from a local workshop in Tim to an internationally known name in professional machinery.
